Indian Conference on Applied Mechanics (INCAM) is a biennial international event under the auspice of Indian Society of Applied Mechanics (ISAM) that brings together researchers contributing to the domain of applied mechanics. This field has advanced considerably over the years and now finds application in several new areas such as bio, micro-devices, electronics, advanced & smart materials etc. Simultaneously, advancements in different domains such as image processing, high throughput experiments, high-performance computing, machine learning, etc. have found their way into applied mechanics to solve complex problems. The 7th edition of INCAM to be hosted by IIT Kanpur (INCAM 2026) will attempt to amalgamate the different areas and provide a platform to researchers for presenting, discussing and advancing the frontiers of theoretical, computational and experimental mechanics to solve novel technological and real-life problems.
With nine specialized mini-symposia, INCAM 2026 offers a focused yet comprehensive exploration of cutting-edge advancements across various facets of mechanics. Whether your passion lies in advanced materials, computational fluid dynamics, solid mechanics, or interdisciplinary applications, you'll find sessions directly relevant to your work and interests.
Connect with a global community of experts. INCAM 2026 provides an ideal platform to foster new collaborations, strengthen existing networks, and engage in meaningful discussions with peers who share your drive for innovation.
