How to Register?

For Participants Submitting Abstracts

  • Submit your abstract via Microsoft CMT Portal by the submission deadline.
  • Upon acceptance of your abstract, you will receive a notification email with detailed instructions.
  • Make the payment of the applicable registration fee via SBI Collect.
  • Go to the CMT Portal after the payment. You will be required to upload payment receipt downloaded from SBI Collect in your CMT account (Click here for detailed instructions).
  • Your registration will be confirmed upon verification of payment and submission details.

For Attendees Without Abstract Submission

  • Make the payment of the applicable registration fee via SBI Collect.
  • Go to the CMT Portal after the payment. You will be required to upload payment receipt downloaded from SBI Collect in your CMT account (Click here for detailed instructions).
  • Your registration will be confirmed upon verification of payment.

Instructions for Accompanying Person

  • The registration fee for an accompanying person should be paid together with the main participant's registration fee.
  • The main participant is requested to include the accompanying person’s fee in the total amount while completing their registration payment.
  • Please note that separate or individual payments for accompanying persons will not be accepted.
